Axioma is a desktop trading terminal for Windows and a web trading journal at axi-o.ma. The operator named above is the controller of the personal data described here under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Account data: username, e-mail address if you provide it, and a salted hash of your password. We never store your password itself.
Journal data you choose to synchronise from the terminal or enter on the site: trades, notes, chart screenshots, results in R and money, setup labels and the market context captured with a trade.
Technical data: server logs with IP address, time, requested page and response status, kept for security and troubleshooting.
We do NOT collect exchange API keys, exchange passwords or order-signing secrets. They stay encrypted on your own computer, and the server rejects journal records that contain them.
To provide the service you signed up for (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): your account, synchronisation and analytics of your own journal.
To keep the service secure and working (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest): logs, abuse prevention, backups.
We do not sell personal data, do not show advertising and do not use third-party tracking or analytics cookies. The site sets only the cookies needed for login, form protection and your language choice.
On a server in Germany (EU), operated by our hosting provider neroserv UG (ForgeHost) as a processor. Encrypted backups are kept for 14 days.
Account and journal data are kept while your account exists. When you delete your account or ask us to, we delete it, except where the law requires longer retention; backups roll over within 14 days. Server logs rotate automatically and are normally kept no longer than 30 days.
You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability and object to processing. Write to the contact address above. You may also complain to your data protection authority; in Bulgaria this is the Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg).
We plan an assistant that analyses your own journal. It will be opt-in, and before any journal data is sent to an AI provider we will update this policy and ask for your consent.
